A1 Bespoke Process and Procedures

1. Brief Introduction:
This will be a brief check in call to align with starting process and our category offerings aligned with your desired delivery date of your custom piece.
2. Reserve fee | Deposit Fee:
Consultations: Once the brief introduction is done we can Decide if the design type will require a consultation fee which includes (1) sketch or a design summary. The consultation fee covers time sourcing for material & notions to make custom garment.
If client decides to proceed with booking designer to make custom item then the consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of your entire order. Otherwise this fee is non-refundable.
RESERVE CONSULTATION FEE $100 - This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your entire order’s grand total.
Once the design finalized the client will pay a 50% deposit of the grand total prior to our measurement and profile session.
Designer will not start on the order unless the deposit fee has been paid in full. Only PAID deposits or full payments are considered as a valid order.
Production Time Varies depending on each design but our normal time is 4-6 weeks or the time discussed with your designer. Speedy production can be discussed during our initial call.
Final Fittings Stage: Client must pay the remaining balance prior to meeting for the final fitting.
Client is entitled to one or two fittings located at designer's place of business or preferred partners.
Designer will not meet client outside place of business hours for fittings.
Client is limited to two guests at each fitting. Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
Fittings can last up to one hour. During this time, designer will make adjustments to the garment, client can ask for minor changes if needed for designs:
Once order is placed, fabric is purchased. Client has 24 hours to change design request or design will be as is.
5. Logo and Branding Policy: ABLE1s logo is officially protected by registered Trademarked by The Covington Law legal Firm which helps the consumers to identify out company's services or products. Trademarking specific elements of our brand is essential to maintain its individuality and help customers recognize our products individuality.
We do not allow replacing our logo with another brand and is not an option within our process and safeguards our brand’s distinctiveness, the protected trademark plays a vital role in protecting our investment and deterring counterfeiters from infringing upon our intellectual property and distinct manufacturing quality.
Moreover, our trademark enhances consumer confidence by signaling quality and consistency, reassuring customers that they’re purchasing genuine products from our trusted brand.
Additionally, trademarks facilitate brand expansion and licensing opportunities, allowing us to extend ABLE1’s reach into new markets and product lines while maintaining control over its brand integrity.
All partnerships designs and collaborations can be discussed and confirmed by approval but the complete removal of the ABLE1s brand logo is not an option.
6. Payments accepted: We accept cash, credit card, and debit cards only. Invoices will be sent via email or text for payment.
7. Refund Policy:. No refunds on any custom made orders. Reasons being is that we specifically make this piece for you and only you, according to your measurements. If there were errors made on our behalf we can alway honor and discuss a reasonable solution.
